Time and recorded expenses cover all loaded history for each job. Jobber’s profit calculation covers the whole one-off job, but the last 30 days for recurring jobs. Do not combine these periods. Line-item costs may include materials and services; avoid also logging the same cost as an expense.

Attribution uses 7-day click / 1-day view on conversion date, so results may differ from Ads Manager settings and downloaded submissions. CRM statuses below do not affect Meta’s lead counts.
